Please note: We are presently seeking to engage a reputable and duly experienced developer/construction company with the requisite technical and financial capacity to undertake the proposed Joint Venture Development. The Landowner is ready, willing, and available to enter into a formal Joint Venture Agreement with a suitably qualified and capable developer/construction company, subject to mutually agreed terms and conditions. Note 1. If the developer is truly capable, I can arrange a one-to-one meeting with the landowner. 2. For emphasis, the meeting can only be arranged if the developer himself (not just anyone claiming to represent him is available. 3. If that meeting goes well, a proposal can follow thereafter. 4.
