Vintage Park Estate is a development by SAMTL Properties Ltd. Sterling Asset Management and Trustees Ltd, an asset management and trusteeship company formerly owned by Sterling Bank Plc. There are two phases of the Vintage Park project.

Vintage Park 1 located at Ikate Elegushi, Ojulari Rd, off Kusenla Rd, Ikate busstop. The estate is beside TOYOTA Nigeria, it can also be accessed through Salem bus-stop off Spar Rd. You are to build no more than a two-floor house type (duplex) using a black coated roof only. The second phase- Vintage Park 2 is within the Jakande/Osapa, Lekki axis along Hon Yaya Dosunmu Way. Vintage Park 2 Estate is also a development of SAMTL Properties Ltd. A fully developed estate with about 70 units of 4 bedroom semi-detached duplexes with BQ and a study room. The Facilities Include Club House, GYM House, 24 Hours Security and Electricity, Centralized Sewage, Water Treatment, Street Light Etc. Service charge is ₦40,000 monthly; Electricity is prepaid at ₦74/kwh


Entry into Vintage Park Estate by non-residents is restricted. Visitors are required to call their hosts; otherwise, they would be denied access into the estate. The estate is manned by uniformed security, well landscaped & paved road. There are proper security measures put in place in the estate, as guards are positioned at the gate. There are also armed mobile policemen in the estate.

The estate is not very big, but it has a good road network. It is homely and private, good for raising kids and perfect for family setting.
