Entry into Vintage Park Estate by non-residents is restricted. Visitors are required to call their hosts; otherwise, they would be denied access into the estate. The estate is manned by uniformed security, well landscaped & paved road. There are proper security measures put in place in the estate, as guards are positioned at the gate. There are also armed mobile policemen in the estate.
The estate is not very big, but it has a good road network. It is homely and private, good for raising kids and perfect for family setting.
