South Pointe estate is a serviced estate located along Orchid hotel road, in the Chevron area of Lekki. The estate was developed on 3 hectares of land within a period of 180 days by the Gran Imperio group in 2014 as one of their Essential Homes Housing Scheme. The estate has a modern design and it's an affordable upscale residential neighbourhood in the Lekki area of Lagos. It consists of about 150 units of single to 4-bedroom bungalows and terraced duplexes.
