LET IT BE CLEARLY NOTED THAT THERE SHALL BE NO FORM OF "UPFRONT PAYMENT REQUIRED; UPON AGREEMENT TO PROCEDURE'S TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND SATISFACTORY VERIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE SUMMARY AND SEISMIC DATA, ALL ABOVE ARE CLOSABLE WITHIN TWO WEEKS.

Below is the current procedure that will now guide the transactions as required by the owner/seller.

The interested Buyer/Investor is to directly write an LOI on his/her company's letterhead and forward to Seller with attached company's profile and a Bank comfort letter from Buyer's/Investor's Bank; indicating Buyer's/Investor's financial ability/capacity to pay for the OMLs. (This procedure is not negotiable, and any adjustments or amendments whatsoever contrary to the above procedure will "NULL AND VOID" the transactions.

This is the only time the law firm will take the Buyer's/Investor's interest serious; as the above procedure is a vital criteria for the OMLs 114 & 115 transactions.

Initially, the face to face physical meeting was the only acceptable procedure by the Seller/Owner. But since when 3 different fake Buyers/Investors abused it, the Seller/Owner resulted to having a must proof of funds from any Buyer /Investor.
