RULES
- No smoking in the apartment except in common areas.
- Check-out time is 12PM.
- Keys should be kept at the front desk when checking out.
- 100% payment is required before check-in.
- Guest will be required to replace any decoration/anything electronic broken.
- Renewal of booking while at the apartment is based on availability.
- No parties are allowed. Violation will lead to apartment shutdown and eviction without a refund.
- No pets are allowed.
- Explosives or firearms are NOT allowed.
- We reserve the right to cancel the use of services to guests whose behaviors are disturbing the peace, harassment verbal, sexual, or physical to staff or security personnel.
- We reserve the right to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage, fire, or danger.
- A caution fee deposit is required before check-in and is refundable as long as there is no incident recorded during your stay.
